Fixing asymmetrical top lip with Botox? Please help

Thank you for sharing your question. Botox can be applied to the upper lip to either improve lip projection or smooth the vertical lip creases.  I would recommend posting images of your current lips at rest as well as when smiling so definite recommendations can be given.  Best wishes.

Its very hard to answer the question without a picture. Its important to see the face in person to determine if its actually a lip asymmetry or the lower face asymmetry. If its just in the lip then fillers might be a better option and if its the lower face then it could be adjusted with botox.

Botox can have many uses to fix subtle facial asymmetries in addition to improving wrinkles.  I am not sure about having an asymmetry based on which side you sleep on; however, if one side of your lip is noticeably higher than the other Botox may help improve this. Its always a good idea to get a second opinion from another provider if you are uncertain about the benefits of what treatment is being proposed. 
Not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment so please see a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to evaluate if you may benefit. Good luck!

While we cannot comment on another physician's evaluation/recommendation without seeing you in-person as she did, we do often inject Botox® Cosmetic and/or filler to correct lip asymmetries.

Typically, I use a soft gel hyaluronic acid based filler to improve lip asymmetries. That being said, neuromodulators like Botox/Dysport could be used to improve lip projection and soften vertical lines in the appropriate patient.
