How many days does Botox begin to soften when the brows drop from too many units injected? (Photo)

Sorry to hear that your results are not as expected at this time. You may be relying upon your forehead muscles (frontalis) to keep your eyebrows up and when the forehead received botox you are no longer able to do this which makes your brow look heavy.  It is likely to improve before 3-4 months, I suspect you will see some benefit by 1 month.  I recommend going back to the provider who administered the botox as there are some things which he/she may be able to do to improve the appearance earlier. 
Not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment so please see a Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to evaluate if you may benefit. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated.  Your current outcome may remain for up to three months but more commonly you will see some improvement in appearance prior to this.  Depending on your brow position you may be able to treat the upper crows feet to subtly improve the hooding.  Hope this helps.

I recommend that you find a Microdroplet Lift® injector close to where you live and have a correcting treatment to improve this.  Since you are only 2 weeks out from the treatment, I recommend waiting another 4 weeks before attempting to have the correct treatment superimposed.

It will wear off by 3-4 months so will slowly start to improve before that. You could ask for less botox in your forehead or higher injections next time. Or possibly some in your brow to counteract the forehead muscles, so your brow and upper lids won't feel so heavy or stiff.

It can vary as to when the brows will improve. Sometimes placement of Botox at the lateral aspects of the brow can lift them. Usually it's not the 3 months that Botox lasts in other areas because of the lower dosing in this area. Also, with some mild movement as the Botox wears off, this can lift the brows. I usually say 14-21 days. 

 Hi, I have used Botox (Xeomin or Dysport) for 30 years.  I don't place the neurotoxin within a finger width of the eyebrow which leaves enough Frontalis muscle function to avoid dropping the eyebrow(s).  Once the frontalis is weakened to the point the eyebrows drop, it will be approximately 3-4 weeks before the eyebrows can be moved and elevated.  You can try to move the eyebrows during the day as this encourages production of the neuromuscular junctions but it's best to avoid injecting too close to the eyebrows from the start.Hope this helps.
