Was born with strange lips that protrude and need them fixed asap, is there any simple procedure available?
Answer: Lip Augmentation Results with Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Volbella), NovaThreads, Fat Grafting, Implants Thank you for your question, You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Surgical Consultation From your photos, it appears you have a retrusive (set-back) mandible, chin and lower lip and a protrusive (forward) maxilla giving your lips their current position. In this case, I would advise you consult a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon or an oromaxillofacial surgeon for consideration of jaw or mid face surgery.

Answer: Lips are Fine Hi, thank you for the photos. Sending the profile makes it easy to see that your lips are fine but the problem is your chin which is small in proportion to the rest of your face. The good news is that you will be amazed at the results of chin augmentation either as a formal surgical procedure by a maxillary surgeon or with filler. I suspect you will need surgery but you really need to get an expert opinion. Your dental surgeon might be able to recommend a maxillary surgeon who specializes in these procedures in your area. In the right hands you should get a fabulous result that could be life changing. Good Luck!

Answer: Treating lack of facial proportions It's not your upper lip that is the problem here. You have a very small chin which may be caused by a number of problems. In reality, you need to be evaluated by a plastic or orthognathic surgeon, define the real cause and treat the condition appropriately. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Answer: Cosmetic surgery ASAP please You don’t need or want to have cosmetic surgery in a hurry.Your upper lip is 100% normal. The problem is that you have a mandible that is really small and does not project adequately. I’m guessing you have a significant overbite as well. The easiest way to treat this is with a chin implant or sliding genioplasty. Your facial skeletal structures are to the point where you may want to talk to an oral surgeon or board-certified plastic surgeon with a cranial facial background.do not look for a simple fix like adding fillers to your lower lip.your diagnosis or primary problem is very defined and straightforward. Please consider treating the problem head-on and appropriately. Don’t look for simple alternatives but rather commit to doing the correct definitive procedure. Consult numerous board-certified plastic surgeons, oral surgeons who do this type of work or facial plastic surgeons.Find the right provider and everything falls into place. Go to a med spa and talk to a nurse who does Botox and filler‘s and you will for sure get the wrong treatment.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
