I have a linear cheek scar which was left indented with track lines after a plastic surgeon removed a large mole. I’ve had 8 sessions of fraxel laser Over the last year with filler to lift it each time. Whilst it’s slightly better I’m thinking it needs a surgical revision. Do you advise I dissolve all filler first before revising the scar or is it ok to cut and revised with filler there. Thanks
