I have swollen glands and a sore throat after ultherapy, as well as nausea. Am I having side effects?

I had ultherapy 3 weeks ago , my face and neck are very sore especially in my glands which are swollen. Inside of my throat hurts and I have had nausea and headaches. I cannot even touch my throat it feels burnt. I would never have had this if I knew the side effects were so serious.

I doubt your symptoms are a result of your Ultherapy treatment. The heat energy from the Ultherapy procedure is not transmitted deep enough to damage the throat or lymph glands. You should make an appointment to see your primary care doctor who can examine you and treat your symptoms accordingly.

Swollen glands are not a side effect of Ultherapy. I recommend that you see your primary care physician. There may be inflammation after Ultherapy but I have never seen nor read that it causes lymphadenopathy. Read my Ultherapy ebook provided on the link below.

What you're experiencing doesn't sound like side effects to Ultherapy. Although complications from the treatment are rare, they usually take the form of bruising, numbness, and tingling, not nausea and headaches like you're experiencing. I would recommend making an appointment with your doctor to see what's causing your symptoms.
