Is Ultherapy peformed between the upper lip & center below the nose? Also is it safe & done in the center of the forehead?

You can do ultherapy for the lid area.  IT will provide some tightening but it is almost impossible to get rid of the lip lines with any modality.  For someone with bad lip lines, we will often do an ulthera treatment first followed by some laser resurfacing.  That way you are hitting the lines at different depths to help with collagen production.  You can also put some filler in after doing the ulthera.  Botox or disport better for the glabellar lines.   

Yes the upper lip can be done with the 1.5 mm transducer, which became available last year. The area between the eyebrows is not ideal for Ultherapy, and there is a zone in the forehead above the inner part of the eyebrow where there is a sensory nerve than can be affected but other areas can be treated.

Ultherapy can be done to treat the vertical lip lines of the upper and lower lips using a special transducer. We routinely do this for our guests. We don't do Ultherapy between the eyebrows. Botox works well in those areas.

The new Ultherapy transducers 1.5 mm are ideal for treating fine lines and wrinkles in the upper lip. Ultherapy has no role in the mid forehead and has no FDA clearance for this site. Read the Ultherapy ebook provided on the link below. 

Yes, although this is not the FDA approved indication,
ultherapy can be performed around the upper lip and beneath the nose. This
option can create a nice lip eversion which gives the appearance of a fuller
upper lip while reducing the appearance of perioral lines and wrinkles.
Ultherapy is not routinely done in the center of the forehead. For a lift
effect of the central forehead, consider neurotoxin injections.
