Loss of volume is a problem but I also have a lot of lose skin that I can move around the face. Bothering me most is the sagging skin (fat deposits?) around the mouth and nose and the lopsided look. I have more tissue on the right side of my face and one side is lower. I want a mini lift.Would you do it despite my age?what else could I do for the uneven look? Implants are not an option and I've tried fillers.I'd come to the US for a procedure because doctors around here are very conservative.
Answer: Mini Facelift for Skin Laxity You are suffering from premature skin laxity and facial volume loss. A fast-recovery facelift and fat grafting would provide you with great improvements.

Answer: Determining the Facial Procedures Best For You During your #consultation, your skin texture and elasticity, as well as your underlying skin structure and your facial bone structure will be evaluated. Based on this evaluation, your board certified plastic surgeons will create a custom surgical plan, detailing specific techniques and recommendations to meet your goals. In doing so, he or she should be sure to have a full understanding of what results you expect. It is possible to #combine #surgeries. In fact, I commonly recommend other procedures to go accompany a facelift, such as blepharoplasty or a midface (cheek) lift, to name a few. The combination of multiple of facial procedures may create an optimal result. The best procedure approach will be discussed in greater detail during your one-on-one #consultation. I invite you to visit PacificCenterPlasticSurgery.com to view a complete list of surgeries commonly performed. If you are not a #candidate, your surgeon can make other suggestions to address your concerns and objectives. It is extremely important to seek a board certified plastic surgeon highly trained with your desired procedures. I also encourage you to look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients. Also, reading patient reviews of those who have had combined surgeries will be beneficial. Gathering all of this information will help you make a well-informed decision.

Answer: Lift or Fill a 32 Year Old Face At 32, you have just started to have facial changes with age. In reviewing your face, you have a lack of volume in the face. I would first volumize your face with injectables or facial fat grafting to improve the 3 demenisional balance and proportions of the face. If you do a mini-lift without adding the volume, I do not believe you would be happy with the result. I hope this helps.

Answer: Volume loss- mini lift candidate? From your limited pictures, you would definitely benefit from volume augmentation. Its hard to say whether you would benefit from a mini lift. While 32 is young, I have done these procedures on patients who have had significant weightloss and they have done very well with a facelift and fat transfer. Get a consolation with a plastic surgeon to see what your options would be.

Answer: 32 Years Old Wanting a Mini Facelift Photos can be misleading, although it appears that you may benefit from structural fat graft or dermal fillers. The goal is to plump up the face and take up the slack caused by fat or soft tissue atrophy (shrinkage or disappearance). While 32 is generally deemed too young for facelift, take note that for massive weight loss patients it is a routine procedure. Simply put, your chronological age is not the main issue here. Nevertheless, only a personal consultation can determine the most suitable approach.
