I suffer from an uneven face and sagging skin with fat deposits. I am only 32 and want a mini lift. Please advise. (photos)

You are suffering from premature skin laxity and facial volume loss. A fast-recovery facelift and fat grafting would provide you with great improvements. 

From your limited pictures, you would definitely benefit from volume augmentation. Its hard to say whether you would benefit from a mini lift. While 32 is young, I have done these procedures on patients who have had significant weightloss and they have done very well with a facelift and fat transfer. Get a consolation with a plastic surgeon to see what your options would be.

At 32, you have just started to have facial changes with age.  In reviewing your face, you have a lack of volume in the face.  I would first volumize your face with injectables or facial fat grafting to improve the 3 demenisional balance and proportions of the face.  If you do a mini-lift without adding the volume, I do not believe you would be happy with the result. Fat grafting or Voluma (fillers) to the cheek bone area in order to give some volume to your face2. Standard micro-liposuction or SmartLipo (PrecisionTX) of your jawline and submental area3.  Hi, I have performed facelifts for over 30 years.  From the photos, you do have flat cheeks anteriorly (in the front) as well as loose, excess skin evidenced as "jowls".  The chin appears weak which creates an imbalance making the nose look larger, increasing the development of a "double chin" and makes the mid face appear top heavy.   Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and
body beauty, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart
shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in
the front.  Cheek augmentation using a dermal filler (I prefer Restylane
Lyft) or with cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full,
round cheeks anteriorly that will feminize the entire face.  If you do
have "jowls" on examination, this is sagging facial tissues and
an indication for some form of a facelift, not Cheek Augmentation.  I have
performed many Cheek Augmentations over the past 30 years and the notion that Cheek
Implants or dermal fillers alone to the cheeks will lift tissues is an urban
myth. Filler to the cheeks or cheek implants will shape the cheeks but will not
lift up the jowls.  The underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected,
lifted, trimmed and re-sutured.  The excess skin is then removed and the
facelift incisions closed.



My most popular facelift is the minimally invasive, short

With your face looking straight forward I do not think a mini lift will create much improvement and it will produce scars. I would firts try mid face volumization with Dewrmal fillers such as Voluma.

Photos can be misleading, although it appears that you may benefit from structural fat graft or dermal fillers.  The goal is to plump up the face and take up the slack caused by fat or soft tissue atrophy (shrinkage or disappearance).While 32 is generally deemed too young for facelift, take note that for massive weight loss patients it is a routine procedure.  Simply put, your chronological age is not the main issue here. Nevertheless, only a personal consultation can determine the most suitable approach.
