7 weeks post-op. When should I switch from compression garment to Spanx?

Reba1100
I’ve been wearing my medical compression garment for almost 7 weeks post op- continuously. I had lipo in flanks, arms, abdomen, and also full TT and buttocks fat graft. At which point do I switch to something like spanks, and when can I stop wearing the arm sleeves? Also, when can I workout again?
