Is swelling in the pelvic area normal after liposuction? 1 month post-op. (Photo)

yaya45589
I am around 4 weeks post op lipo to the abdomen + flanks. At around 2 weeks I developed swelling in the pelvic area, it was flat after about a week after collecting fluid after my operation. I am concerned because this has not seemed to improve after 2 weeks. I don’t believe that it is seroma, as I have had fluid retention before and it doesn’t feel like that. The area is soft, doesn’t hurt, and is not bruised. Is this swelling or something else ?
