450cc or 500cc. Is there any big difference between these two implants?

Good afternoon!Exchanging implants for a larger size is somewhat common after having them  for  a while- women get used to the size and after a few years want to up size even more.  If you have the tissues to support a larger implant, the procedure is usually very quick and easy with a very rapid recovery.As far as size, to see a difference in size at your current volume, you are going to need to go up at least 150cc- any smaller I am confident you will consider to be a waste of time and money.  I am concerned that your surgeon only has certain sizes available- is he/she a board certified plastic surgeon?  Most surgeons that perform a lot of cosmetic breast surgery have a wide range of sizes and shapes available to match each individual patient with their particular needs.Perhaps a second opinion woudl be beneficial for you if your surgeon only has a narrow range of implants avaialbel for use.I hope this helps.
