I want to change my old 450cc oval implants to bigger implants cohesive silicon gel implants, but the only biggest size my surgeon has is 500cc oval and 360 in round and I wanted round implants but bigger than 360, so is 450cc and a 500cc oval implant have that much difference in size or the size is almost the same? I really need to know because I want a bigger buttock and i don't want to make any mistake by choosing an important that won't make any difference

I am not aware of any manufacturer that makes buttock implants greater than about 300 cc. It is unlikely that any human buttock could support an implant of 1000 cc.
