I had a fat grafting procedure 2 days ago, hoping to improve the shape and softness of my breast (with implants). As I went to my check up, I was surprised that my doctor told me to start wearing underwire bras from this day and forward. He said this was to make the fat settle where we wanted it (top, not bottom), and to prevent more sagging. He put in 190cc fat on each, all on top and sides. I find his tip to be contradictory to what I read here. Should I listen to him or go without a bra?!

Answer: Following the advice of your surgeon is the best approach.
I personally do not transfer fat that has been treated with any energy device like VASER. This could be a simple oil cyst or fat graft that didn't take. It is not likely to be anything serious however followup with your surgeon to treat this. Make sure he or she is a board certified pl...
I would do a second transfer if you have donor fat to give more volume to hide the ripples. Otherwise, the implants can be placed behind the muscle for better coverage.
