You likely spent a lot of time choosing your surgeon. They want you to have the best outcomes and their advice will be consistent with achieving that. In some cases surgeons recommended less compression on the fat grafted breast while in other situations a structured bra worn early may be warranted. The advice online comes with no accountability for your results. 

Hello,It's best to follow your surgeon's advice as they are most familiar with your specific case. Since you had most of the fat injected into the upper and lateral breasts, the underwire will likely not impact the grafted fat in the superior pole.
