I am wondering if I could just get fat grafting to restore upper pole volume to my breast.
Answer: Expectations Matter Thanks for the question and photos.Yes a fat transfer can be done. But I think the more important question is what are you expecting from the procedure?Your excellent photos show that you are missing fullness in the upper pole of your breast. However, they also show drooping (ptosis), lower pole looseness, asymmetry and low position of the areola. While fat grafting may add volume to the upper pole, it won’t address those other issues and may give you an unbalanced look. Here are a few thoughts:1) Get several opinions from experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeons so that you can review your options and see which, if any, meet your expectations.2) Consider a breast lift to raise the areola, tighten the lower pole of the breast, add upper pole volume and fix the asymmetry.3) If your surgeon has computerized 3D simulation, he/she might be able to give you an idea what different procedures might look like on your body. This might help you make a more informed decision.Good Luck!

Answer: Fat No, since you have large and heavy breasts, they are sagging from the weight. If you add more fat, which is more weight, you will still sag. You need a reduction which includes a lift. with just a lift, you will sag again from the heavy weight.

Answer: Thank you for your question. You would like to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. During the consultation he or she will evaluate you and make recommendations. There are different shapes to the behind. These will be decussed with you durning your consultation. By suctioning your waist, thighs or back and by injecting fat into your behind one then alters the shape of your behind. I’m very excited about a new high tech device used to perform BBLs. It’s called the Vibrastat. (Please see the Vibrastat video on our page). I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video. One can inject fat into the upper pull of your breast. This will also make your breast larger and heavier. One consequence can be increased neck and back pain. Another option will be a breast lift. I would recommend that you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over all of your options. I hope you find this information useful.

Answer: Fat grafting? Given the degree of ptosis (breast droop) that you have fat grafting will likely worsen the issue as it will add more weight to a breast that cannot support itself already. If you were to consider anything to improve your breast shape I would recommend considering a breast lift. This can be discussed at a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon that specialises in cosmetic breast surgery, all the best.
