Follow-up: Fat transfer to hide ripples, should I have it done for the 2nd time?

In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons.  It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer.  Multiple treatments may be required to hide the rippling and provide a more natural look.

I would do a second transfer if you have donor fat to give more volume to hide the ripples. Otherwise, the implants can be placed behind the muscle for better coverage.

However, it may take more than one session to achieve the desired results.Here are a few options for your condition:1) Try another fat transfer and see if it works.2) Switch your implants to under the muscle in order to get more coverage over the implants.
