What is the best skin tightening option for my nasolabial folds? (Photo)

Hello, I’am having 1ml of fillers in each cheek and 0.3 in each nasolabial gold. They are still visible. Under my lips I’m also starting to have some lines and I did a little bit of filler there. I have 31 year and I was told I’m not candidate for mini facelift yet. Which procedure can I do to tighten my skin (except filler beacuse I don’t want to exaggerate and look over plumped). I was checking fotona, in mode forma, fractora.. but I’m not sure what’s the best? Also I weight normal. Size S.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

In your picture you look great! Remember, it is completely natural to have some grade of nasolabial folds, your check volume looks great in the picture as well so I would't recommend much filler, maybe just a little in strategic areas.

Before any filler I would recommend Ultraformer, you can definitively get a lift and help those nasolabial folds fade away. Ultraformer works in your deep skin layer stimulating the production of elastin and collagen and helping your deep tissue get tighter. You start seeing the results right away, but final result is seen 3 months after your first procedure. Only after that procedure I would consider applying fillers in some areas.
