Answer: Combination of Ultherapy and fractional CO2 plus Sculptra for skin tightening and lifting The combination of Ultherapy, fractional CO2, and Sculptra can be used to help rejuvenate the face. All of these treatments accomplish different goals. Ultherapy tightens the tissue under the skin, which can lead to a lifting effect. Fractional CO2 has more effect on the skin's surface, and can help with lines, wrinkles, and discoloration. Sculptra adds volume to the face, which generally causes the face to look younger. It is a bit difficult to fully evaluate your face because of the beard, so I do not see much in the way of sagging skin on your face. It is possible that a hyaluronic filler, like Restylane, could be used under your eyes to help with the darkness there. It also appears that Sculptra could be beneficial in your mid face area.

Answer: Facial rejuvenation If you are keeping a beard which covers most of your face, don't waste your money on Ultherapy or fractional lasers because no one will be able to see a difference. There is some asymmetry of your face which should become more apparent without a beard. This may be improved with volume fillers. Consult a facial plastic surgeon first.
