I am a youthful looking 58 year old woman. I have full but sagging breasts. I do not want to do anything radical. Will progesterone or estriol cream work? Are there any non-invasive treatments? Will ultherapy work? Thanks!

You can be given medications for anxiety, pain and sedation. I also sometimes use nitrous, this is very helpful. I suggest going to someone who offers better pain control and the procedure will be more tolerable. Thermage is equally as good in my hands without any pain....
