I had laser inner thighs, knee, outer thigh and hip. I’m very disappointed with the results of my inner thigh and knee lipo. There’s still pretty much the same amount of fat around my knees and my inner thighs and a dent between my thighs. Doctor told me that because I had two sessions of cool sculpting in my inner thighs, I had scar tissue and it was difficult to perform liposuction. My inner thighs looks the same as they did before the procedure. What are my options?

It's difficult to tell from the one photo, but it is very common for inexperienced surgeons to leave fat around the elbow when doing upper arm liposuction. I believe that's what happened in your case, it's unlikely just fluid. A little additional liposuction will likely improve it significantly.
