It doesn't appear like you would really benefit from any more inner thigh liposuction. If you looked the same before the lipo I would have recommended against it. You don't have much fat there, and it can easily end up looking worse.

Unfortunately the surgeon is correct that following Coolsculpting, liposuction can be difficult. The fat can become fibrous/scarred and hard to remove. Your thighs are pretty thin already so I wouldn't be too aggressive trying to make them better, which can sometimes end up much worse!

This is why lipo under general anesthesia is not great. You get much better results under local where the patients are able to stand up and get fine tuned right then and there. It is worth traveling to someone who can fix this great.

Hello; if only Laserlipolysis was performed and Liposuction was not implemented; I recommend for you; not to expect for any change. For fat accumulation, inside the legs and knees; "Ultrasonic Lipolysis"; which Vaserlipo is applied and your excess fat can be easily removed.

Lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult, and the procedure does not always give the kind of quality results patients had hoped for.
To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a procedure we generally need to see a complete proper set of before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
at this point, my best recommendation is you leave the results as they are. Attempts at revision work can easily make things worse.
Consider reposting with proper before and after pictures.
Honestly, I don’t see the indication for doing liposuction on your lower extremities.
