I had arm lipo a few months ago and I’m not happy with it. My elbow looks weird it could be left over fat and it seems that my upper arm is way more skinny than my lower arm. After surgery I had lots of fluid in the elbow area. But it could be drained. How can I fix it?
Answer: May need more lipo on your elbow It's difficult to tell from the one photo, but it is very common for inexperienced surgeons to leave fat around the elbow when doing upper arm liposuction. I believe that's what happened in your case, it's unlikely just fluid. A little additional liposuction will likely improve it significantly.

Answer: Uneven Lipo can be fixed Januala, Thank you for sharing your photo. I am sorry to learn about your uneven liposuction results. It is possible to correct the unevenness with revision liposuction, but it is not guaranteed to correct the symmetry. I would not rush to get a revision surgery. I recommend waiting at least 6 months to a year before having another surgery to let everything heal. Wishing you the best of health.

Answer: Arm liposuction results To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is not as easy as people think. The number of plastic surgeons have truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority. of all the Liposuction results I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot. Your results are probably actually above average. The contour is relatively smooth and there are no crude, indentations, bumps, or streaks. Blending the transition between treated and adjacent untreated. Areas is part of the skill of doing this procedure well. It shouldn’t be that difficult to even out the result. Arms are technically more difficult to treat than other anatomic areas. My personal approach is to treat, arms circumferentially, and typically blend Liposuction into the forearm to not end up with the forearm being larger than the arm. Because your arms look fairly good, I think it would be reasonable for you to go back to your provider and ask if they can do a revision and even out the Fatt distribution. If you results were obviously terrible, then I would tell you you should look for a better provider. The number of plastic surgeons have truly mastered this procedure and can deliver impeccable arm liposuction results on a regular basis is pretty small. I would say percentage wise it’s in the single digits. To find the right provider, I generally encourage people to have multiple in person consultations. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. An experience provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. It’s important to view those before, and after pictures accurately to determine what average results are likely to look like. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a provider career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of that provider or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. there’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. Considering how much variation there and Liposuction skill among plastic surgeons, I think having five consultations is reasonable before choosing a provider. Follow up with your provider to see what he or she has to say about consideration of a revision procedure. It is also important to recognize that if you were scheduled for liposuction of your arm, then that technically does not include your forearm since that is an anatomically different area. it may be good practice to have patients consented for both areas and often blending treated areas into adjacent untreated areas gives the best outcome treatment of your was not included in the surgery description then your surgeon technically should not have treated it. There’s a great deal of subjectivity with this type of work. Like I mentioned before delivering, consistent quality, liposuction results is not nearly as easy as people think, and the number of providers who get quality outcomes on a regular basis, usually need to be found.
