I had a breast reduction done Sept 2022 which resulted in hypertrophic/keloid scarring. I had a scar revision surgery April 2024 where they used blue removable stitches. Twice some stitches have been left behind, causing the skin to break or become spider veined and a red mark, my surgeon doesn’t know. The surgeon has had to cut out the overgrown stitches (9+ weeks and 14+ weeks). Would it be possible to revise this again since new scars and irritation has formed with the forgotten stitches?

Based on your photos you can anticipate improvement from a revision. The scars can be revised and the shape improved. I encourage you to use scar treatments as soon as approved by your surgeon. The key is to use them consistently.
