Hi there! I want more sultry looking eyes. Even with a boat load of makeup and false eyelashes, I do not like the way my eyes look. I have posted a photo of the type of eye I desire as well as how my eyes look. Thank you for all the help.
Answer: A little filler goes a long way Firstly, I want to point out that the photos of the women you have posted are touched up and not real, so quite frankly its an unrealistic goal/expectation. Obviously the fake lashes also add to that. However, they do have a pronounced "canthal tilt". The canthus is the corner of the eye, and in the normal caucasian eyelid, the outside canthus is about 1 mm higher than the inner corner, which contributes to the natural canthal tilt. These women both have an exaggerated tilt which makes their eyes look a bit more exotic. A canthoplasty/canthopexy can potentially achieve this result, however it often leaves an unnatural result for the patient which can cause significant emotional distress. Frequently, the original natural shape of the patient may be lost forever. I warn patients about this as its almost impossible to achieve patient satisfaction with this elective surgery. I would focus instead on your lower eyelids which has the beginnings of fat prolapse which can make one look tired.

Answer: Personal consultation for eye shape change Best to have personal consultation to determine what is possible/realistic. You may benefit from eye shape change surgery such as almond eye. There are definite limitations based on individual anatomy.

Answer: Please understand that Kylie Jenner may be rich but she also has a complication from upper eyelid surgery in my opinion. She appears to have developed post upper blepharoplasty syndrome with upper eyelid ptosis. This is generally caused by a complication of upper eyelid surgery. It is also likely that she has a ton of fillers in her face in this picture. She has been in the news lately for taking out the fillers but I don't believe this. I think it is more likely she is just deemphasizing the lips which have look like they were wax lips in the past. Your model interestingly also has upper eyelid ptosis. In looking at your photo, you do not manifest true upper eyelid ptosis but you do have a compensatory eyebrow elevation on the left side. I suspect that a careful examination would reveal that you have an early levator disinsertion in the left upper eyelid. Do not run out an get standard eyelid surgery or a brow lift. These procedures are likely to wreck you. The lower eyelids have an under eye circle and these would do great with a very fussy service to give you volume in this area. This is a service that is very powerful but requires treatment by a surgeon who knows mid face anatomy and is artistic. Let me stress this is an unusual combination. I see may individuals from Canada who have gotten into trouble getting service so I know that in your area, getting the right treatment can be challenging. Less is more. Happy New Year.

Answer: Your eyes are beautiful as they are and I would not want to risk messing them up with a procedure until you developed more obvious signs of aging. Beware of what you ask for as you may not end up with anything close to what you were hoping for. And sultry an easily be achieved with other actions and looks...

Answer: creation of sultry eyes Hi and welcome to our forum! From your present and "wish" photos, I note the position of the lateral canthus, where the lateral canthal ligament attaches from the lids to the lateral bony orbit. In your photo, it is almost horizontal with your medial canthal ligament. The "wish pics" demonstrate a higher insertion of the lateral canthal ligament. The ligament can be repositioned, creating the sultry look you desire. Seek evaluation and treatment with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes...
