Is there any treatment that could make my downturned eyes look more cat-eye? (Photos)

 22 y/o female. Sort of like Kendall Jenner/Bella Hadid. I’ve researched botox, brow lift, eyebrow threads and mini face lifts and I’d really appreciate your opinion. The top photo is my natural eyes, the bottom is photoshopped to show how I would prefer my eyes to look.

Thank you for your question. In my experience it is best to remove all filler from the lower lid with an injection of Vitrase before any surgery. Lower eyelid filler can still be present after 3.5 years. So I would have the filler removed and then re-evaluate the surgical approach.

It appears that you have eyelid ptosis and should see an oculoplastic surgeon for an evaluation. This is surgically correctable and those surgeries are typically performed by oculoplastic surgeons.Best,
