First picture is when i was 10, I’m 22 now. It seems like my eyes have changed for the worse, I have a lot of excess upper eyelid skin which i feel weighs my eyes down making them downturned and asymmetrical, how can i fix it?
Answer: Upper eyelids Hello and thank you for posting photos along with your question! Many people have some of the same complaints you do about the upper eyelids and even the lower eyelids. In your case it not only appears that you have excess upper eyelid skin but also some "droopiness" to your upper eyelid. This is called ptosis, pronounced "toe-sis." The droopiness can be due to several different factors and because of that you would need an in person consultation with a board certified plastic or occuloplastic surgeon. This way, once the reason for your ptosis is determined, the appropriate surgical intervention can be determined to correct for it. Also, an in person evaluation is needed to determine your brow position. When looking at the upper eyelids you not only have to look at them but also the forehead. If the eyebrows are low then you may also need a brow lift. I hope this helps and wish you the best in your upper eyelid correction journey!

Answer: Change eye shape Based on the photos, you have large protruding eyes and lower eyelid retraction with negative canthal tilt. There are surgical treatments (orbital decompression, lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty) for improvement but consultation is needed to determine risks/benefits and realistic expectation.

Answer: Upper eyelid evaluation It appears that you have a certain degree of eyelid ptosis (droopy upper eyelids) in all photos except the first one. In person evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon or occuloplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Ptosis Thanks for the question Your photos are suggestive of a condition called ptosis, where the upper eyelid is lower than normal and covers the upper part of the iris of the eye. This gives a tired appearance as well as other issues. There are various causes and you should seek a suitablity trained surgeon to assess you. I hope this helps
