Updated: I'm currently a 28GG(UK) and 28J(US) bra size. I want to have more upper pole fullness, rounder shape, higher position on my chest, and more volume if needed for my desired results. I've been to one consultation and the doctor said I have dense breast tissue, so I'm hoping I wouldn't need implants.
Answer: Every Body Hello, Every body is different and while comparisons are great to gauge which direction to move in, its near impossible to recreate someone else's exact breasts. Its great that you've identified the goals you've named - more upper pole fullness, rounder shape, and higher position on your chest, with possible increased volume. Are you happy with your breasts when wearing a bra? If so you may not need additional volume and a breast lift may get you most of the way to your goals. You can consider adding some fat grafting to add a bit more volume, but don't count on a significant increase like you would get with an implant. Classically, the easiest way to get more upper pole fullness with increased roundness is through an augmentation with implants. This can be done at the same time as a breast lift or done at a later stage. If you're unsure about implants you could do it at a later time, though this would involve a second surgery. As for raising your breasts on your chest, the location your breasts are on your chest (high, medium, or low footprints) is based on your individual anatomy, and while reshaping your breasts through a mastopexy and augmentation can change their appearance, it will not raise the breast base on your chest.

Answer: Breast lift/reduction and implants Thanks for your question! I would recommend a breast lift/reduction to unload some of your own native volume. Then, we could come back in a second surgery and add an implant of your choosing. That's the best method to achieving a long-lasting result. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast lift with auto augmentation From your photo it appears you will have a nice result from a breast lift with auto augmentation. This approach uses your own breast tissue versus implants to provide more upper pole fullness. This is not a fat transfer. I've included a video on this procedure that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: My Recomendation Dear Fierce714543, thanks for sharing your pictures and concerns, it is difficult to choose a size also your wish pics are underclothes so it is not an accurate look.... however a Mastopexy without implants and lift will provide the look you are looking for, because adding size can make your breast drop and look saggy some time after surgery. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Breast Surgery I would recommend a breast lift as there is adequate volume. This would require an anchor type scar pattern. I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training and ideally an additional year of aesthetic surgery fellowship training.
