Can breast massage/breast exercises be done after augmentation with a mesh sling or should it be avoided?

This question is best answered by your surgeon as she/he is most familiar with your surgery details and how you've been progressing through recovery. Recommendations for post op massage vary by surgeon as well as patient's unique situation.

What type and kind of exercise for a breast implant does depend upon where the implant was placed and what kind of implant was used. Textured implants should not be massaged like smooth implants. Please ask your surgeon what you should do.
