What is the Best Surgical Option to Permanently Reduce Excess Buttock Volume After Prior BBL?
Age: 61 Height/Weight: 5'5", 160 lbs Health: Active, no known medical issues Measurements: 34DDD / 28" waist /( 47" hips (hips due to prior BBLs) History: Two Brazilian Butt Lift procedures in 2015 and 2017 My buttocks are disproportionately large relative to my natural frame. I have small legs and thighs that lose weight easily, while the fat in my buttocks does not respond to exercise or weight loss. This imbalance makes clothing fit very difficult and feels unnatural for my body proportions. Questions: What procedure would most effectively and permanently reduce excess fat from prior BBLs? If liposuction is performed on the buttocks, is there a risk of fat returning or redistributing over time? My skin remains relatively tight—would a buttock lift be indicated in this situation, and why? Is a buttock lift more invasive or higher risk than liposuction alone? Given my age, skin quality, and prior BBL history, which option would you recommend and why? From a safety and long-term outcome perspective, are there specific limitations or risks when removing fat that was previously transferred during a BBL?
