I don't have an issue with the shape. My focus is primarily on the size. I do not want to get a rhinoplasty yet. I would like to explore this option first if possible.

Waiting would be the best idea for now. Your tissue should be still swollen after dissolving the filler. You could visit a board certified plastic surgeon after a month if your nose tip is still swollen. Physical examination is needed.
