Waiting would be the best idea for now. Your tissue should be still swollen after dissolving the filler. You could visit a board certified plastic surgeon after a month if your nose tip is still swollen. Physical examination is needed.

Sorry to see another case of over fill syndrome. This is very common and we correct this a number of times each week.
If the product used is hyaluronic acid, it will be much easier to correct compared to other materials. Some HA products will also require special techniques to dissolve.
Putting in product requires an injector with the eye for naturalness and beauty. Taking it out and make it better requires skillset and experience at the next level.
