Fat on side of nose. Can this be fixed with plastic surgery? (Phtoo)

Hi I’m currently 18 and have a strange piece of fat coming from the side of my nose into my cheeks. I’m really insecure about this and want to know what fat is this so I can consider plastic surgery.

Unfortunately, you appear to have relatively thick nasal skin and a short nose. Both examples that you show display thin nasal skin with a droopy nasal appearance and a dorsal hump. I do not believe you could reach these goals either surgically or nonsurgically. Thank you for your question....
