Had rhinoplasty in 2007. I was (and still am) EXTREMELY pleased with the results. Plastic surgeon used bone graft to build up nose. Now 15 years later, a 2-3 mm tiny area on the tip of the nose looks like graft causing pressure on the skin. I do not want revision rhinoplasty. I would like a tiny bit of filler placed in that spot so that it does not show. Would that procedure be too risky?

Waiting would be the best idea for now. Your tissue should be still swollen after dissolving the filler. You could visit a board certified plastic surgeon after a month if your nose tip is still swollen. Physical examination is needed.
