Indeed you can get those procedures done 3 weeks apart, but you may want to see if you can get them both done at the same time. More importantly, you should make sure your surgeon is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the equivalent board in that country (if there is one.) There are many different types of "board certification", but the American Board of Plastic Surgery is the only ACGME accredited Board that certifies surgeons to perform plastic surgery procedures on the whole body. You need to be careful with medical tourism. I see patients on a routine basis who have problems from surgery performed in another country.
