In general, after male breast reduction, give yourself at least 6 weeks before hitting the gym hard or running. If you exercised prior to the surgery, your stamina should return within a short time.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA
Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Gynecomastia will not affect your running nor your stamina. Hope this helps.

It is recommended that you try to get to your goal weight that you can maintain before surgery. Be sure to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in gynecomastia surgery. Good luck!
It's a good question. Like most procedures in plastic surgery it's best if you reach your goal weight, or baseline, before having the procedure. This will help your surgeon create the most long-lasting result.
