I was wondering if surgeon in California do magic epicanthoplasty. Funny term, but I am considering an epi but I am very terrified about scars. The 'magic epi' seems to be a popular Korean method and was wondering if it is used in U.S. Also if not, why?

Your lids appear asymmetric in that the crease on the left is more prominent. It is possible you would benefit from a revision on the right. Consult with your surgeon about when this would be best accomplished.
