Dear Diane, Posting your back and side view pictures of your butt would have been helpful.I assume that your goal is to achieve round hips and fill in the all too common hips indentation. I have been doing butt implants surgery over the last 18 years and performed the surgery on over 600 patients. My technique, which is using oval round ultra soft silicone implants placed in the subfascial plane, gives you both nice projection and round hips, which can not be achieved with the intra muscular technique. So, find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who performed the sub fascia technique in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve, nice projection, round hips and natural look. Best of luck, Dr Widder
