Is my buttock augmentation incision infected? (Photo)

I had a buttock implant augmentation and my daughter noticed fluid leaking down my buttock and an opening. There is no foul odor nor is it super nor do I have a fever. I am worried that it might become infected. Is there anything I can put on it ? Is it a normal healing process of this type of incision ? I did have stitches there but perhaps I was too active and caused the opening ? I am 3.5 week’s post op.

 Although infrequent,  this indeed is a potential problem after BBL. I have seen over a dozen patients with this similar issue and each time it has been significantly improved with a buttock implant.  Do not waste more time and money on another BBL.  Glad to be of help.

Allow me to save you a lot of time, money, and unnecessary recovery. If your implants are on top of the muscle, which they appar to be, then they need to be removed and replaced (with a new pair) into the intramuscular tissue plane within the gluteus muscles. No amount of fat transfer (aka BBL)...
