Thank you for your question and the photos you provided. It is difficult to determine that status of your incision, post op recovery or implants without examining you in person. I would ask additional questions if I was able to see you in person:have you had any fever, chills, discharge from the incision? Does the discharge smell? Is there pain at the incision? Is there pain over the implants? I think it would be wise to see the board certified plastic surgeon who performed the procedure to examine you and determine if you have an infection. An open wound at this stage of recovery needs is not normal and needs the attention of your surgeon immediately.  If the correct size implant is chosen, your wound should start to heal one week after your procedure. If the implant is too large it can prevent the incision from healing and invite infection.  Choosing the right size implant is crucial to ensure the overall success of your procedure.
