I had nanofat injected under my eyes a little over a year ago, and months after the procedure i started having some sort of discomfort near my right eye, around the zygomatic bone. No stiffness but just kind of an uncomfortable feeling there, this is possibly a small nerve damage that was caused by the blunt cannula. Surgeon says it's still safe to get the next fat transfer, and i would like to hear if someone here has any opinions on that.

Your post is insufficient to make any kind of assessment as to what the problem is or any potential treatment solutions. At a minimum you need to include quality pictures.
Better yet would have be having a few in person consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons
