I have dark circles caused by thin, translucent under eye skin. I don’t have any hollowness or pigmentation but the muscle underneath the skin peeks out through my skin’s translucency. I was told by a board-certified plastic surgeon that a nano fat graft could help thicken the dermis, creating a barrier between my skin and the muscle underneath. Is this possible?
