I am 5’5”, 114, 43 year old business professional and pretty slender, 32/34a, 12cm and hoping to be a full C, most importantly, want to avoid the stripper look. I initially chose 345 under the muscle versus 370 as 370 seemed huge. Doc said at the consult 345 would get me C in most bras, D in Victoria Secret. I changed to 365 as I heard when in doubt, go bigger and heard sizers aren’t accurate, imagine 10% smaller due to muscle compression. Is this accurate? Will 365 be too big??

Answer: Is 365 too big? (Photo) Breast implant size has nothing to do with bra cup size - which varies with each bra manufacturer as you noted. The average implant volume placed in the US is 350 cc. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 to 200 cc of volume, but realize that no direct correlation exists between the two.

Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend discussing your concerns further with your plastic surgeon to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations, and I think finding one that will allow you to "try on" sizers so that you can have a better visual representation would be best.
