I am getting breast implants and am stuck on how many CCs i should get. Since i have a huge butt i really dont want big breast. I tried on a 350cc and 380cc then My doc is recommending 400-410CC in your opinion will this give me a look too big. I want a full B small C. Please help!!!
Answer: 5’7, 180lbs and pear shaped. Is 400CC too big? (photos) Tall women with larger frames and broader chest, shoulders, and hips can often handle larger implants that would make smaller women's chests look overcrowded and heavier. My patients prefer to try on implant sizers under garments they typically wear to determine if they fit as expected and help allay some of their trepidation associated with this decision. Breast implant size has nothing to do with bra cup size - which varies with each bra manufacturer. The average implant volume placed in the US is 350 cc. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 to 200 cc of volume, but realize that no direct correlation exists between the two. I concur with your PS's recommendation. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.

Answer: It Is a small difference of a few tablespoons, probably all good choices: choosing the right size-read on After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Try on sizers It’s probably a good idea to try on sizers in that range to determine which you would prefer. When you do, bring a bra in the size you’d like to be and a snug fitting t-shirt. Try the 350cc and 410cc to see what looks better to you.

Answer: Fat transfers not implants Since you want a small improvement, I would not recommend implants but fat transfer. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body. At size 34, each 150 cc of fat transferred corresponds to 1 cup size change. At size 36, each 250 cc of fat transferred corresponds to 1 cup size change. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant size Dear Fearless09,breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
