Which is better: Buccal Fat Removal or Laser Liposuction for chubby cheeks? (photos)

I am 34 yrs old, I have chubby cheeks, I was considering Buccal fat removal. I went to a surgeon but he recommended laser liposuction on my face sides/chin. What do I do, what would be better for me: Laser Liposuction or the Buccal Fat Removal?
