Which is better: Buccal Fat Removal or Laser Liposuction for chubby cheeks? (photos)

I am 34 yrs old, I have chubby cheeks, I was considering Buccal fat removal. I went to a surgeon but he recommended laser liposuction on my face sides/chin. What do I do, what would be better for me: Laser Liposuction or the Buccal Fat Removal?

Buccal fat removal and facial liposuction are two plastic surgery procures that are completely different and also target different areas of the face.
Buccal fat removal addresses the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks (chubby cheeks)
"Facial liposuction" removes fat below the face skin in areas where there is usually accumulation of fat like underneath the chin ( aka double chin) or jowls ( fatty pockets along the jaw line)

I think that you have to be evaluated in person. Buccal fat pad excision can hollow the cheeks a bit, and liposuction of the face if done should be done very cautiously and conservatively.
