Hello, you could try buccal fat removal along with liposuction. You can also try diet and exercise to lose overall body fat which could allow you to lose some fat in your cheeks. Fillers wouldn't give you the results you're hoping for. Please do note that the shape of the models' faces could be genetic and it may not be possible to totally get the look you're hoping for.
