Simple answer is NO you should not. Your buccal fat pads don't finish developing until late in your teens, so you don't want to have the procedure too early. 20’s or 30’s would be the best time because the facial structure would be completely developed and the skin retains sufficient elasticity to adapt to the changes post-surgery.
Buccal fat removal ideally should be done in patients that have completed their normal growth. Performing the surgery while the body is still growing could affect the shape of the face in a way that might not be predictable.
Thanks for your question. While technically your parents could consent to the procedure on your behalf, I wouldn't recommend it at such a young age. The body is still growing and changing at 15. As you age, your face may thin naturally, and removing that fat might make you look worse when you are older. I advise meeting with a board certified Plastic Surgeon with your parents present to discuss your concerns.
I would not be willing to perform buccal fat pad removal for you until you turn 18. Because removal of cheek fat is irreversible, it requires a serious commitment, which only you--and not your parents--should make.
Hello, yes with parental consent it is possible. But... it is up to the plastic surgeon to determine if you're a good candidate. Good luck.
