Should I consider buccal fat removal? (photos)

Hello I'm 18 years old. I've been noticing that my face has been looking bloated & well fat recently. I'm about 5'10 150 pounds so it's strange to me. I've read articles about changing my diet and excersing etc. but I'm weighing in my options. I came across this procedure but I'm curious to know if I'm the " type " that would be satisfied from this procedure. I'm in no rush or anything and I'm not very self conscious about it. Let me know what you think thanks!

Fullness of the cheeks ( chubby cheeks) are usually genetically determined and very often resistant to decrease in size with diet and exercise.
Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that permanently corrects the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks in patient candidates.
Young male patients with good high cheek bones and some fullness of the lower anterior cheeks tend to be good candidates for buccal fat removal.
