It is difficult to provide a proper assessment without a face-to-face evaluation, but the deformity in your lip may either be due to excess filler or wrong placement of filler. It is unlikely, however, for a temporary filler to permanently deform the lips. I recommend going back to your provider so you can undergo a proper evaluation and further care. A touch-up can always be performed with additional filler to try and even out your lips.

In the future, I highly recommend only seeking treatments from a reputable, experienced injector. Such experts will know what product to use, how much product to use, and precisely where to inject to ensure an optimal outcome. During your consultation, your surgeon can assess your lips and recommend the best course of action that will safely achieve the most natural-looking results.

It’s a little hard to tell with limited information. Ideally we should see pictures before the treatment with the same smile to make an assessment.

This may be related to how and where the injection was placed.

Everybody does lip augmentation in their own way. Personally I make a single injection at the commissure of the mouth and use a long needle that reaches all the way to the midline of the mouth.

Other providers do it with a series of individual shoulder injections

I suggest you follow up with your provider and either discuss having them do revision work, dissolve the filler or simply wait until it dissipates and is gone which typically doesn’t take that long.

I don’t personally work with Hyabell and within the Juvéderm line there are many different products all called Juvéderm. For example Juvéderm Voluma is drastically different than Juvéderm vobella. Still, they are HA based fillers.
