I have a very small mouth and small lips with a long pointed nose that also has a lump in the center. I have been bullied all my life for my "witch nose" and tiny mouth and lips. I imagine i would need quite a bit of plastic surgery to feel attractive and comfortable with myself. But i am also afraid my features and faceshape and bone structure is to different to even be able to have successful surgeries and not just look strange. What procedures do u recommend for my specific case?

Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Happily, HA fillers can be used to increase the volume of lips, as well as to augment chin projection to create greater harmony in both frontal and profile views between the nose, lips and chin. What's more, a small bolus of lifting filler placed at the base of the columella can help to lift the nasal tip, which would in turn diminish some of the pointy appearance you describe. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
