Filler could be used in both your lower lip & chin to aesthetically soften the appearance of your underbite. More forward projection in this area will create more symmetry, ultimately resulting in a less obvious underbite.

It would be best for you to come in for a consultation and a full face assessment, to decide the best treatment plan for your desired results!

I suggest you have a few consultations with local oral search who can talk to you about definitive procedures to advance your mandible.

Fillers are not going to correct your facial skeletal deficiency.

Hello, and thanks for your question. I believe you are a great candidate for lip filler on your bottom lip. It may not totally take the overbite away (because you don't want to overdo it), but it will certainly help. Make sure you are going to an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon. Filler in the bottom lip can help the proportion but you need to see your orthodontist to see if they can help with your over bite..

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note a significant overbite with upper lip protrusion. Unfortunately, injection of filler into the lower lip will not correct the deformity. It will cause the lower lip to overproject as well.If not too severe, orthodontics may be of benefit. In severe instances, surgical correction will eliminate the malalignment.Visit an orthodontist to determine the correct modality of treatment.Best wishes...
