I had my Rhinoplasty in Oct of 2012 - the swelling is almost all gone. The tip of my nose is still a little hard. I'm having issues breathing. Every 3-4 days I'll get stuffed up, almost like I have a cold. This has been going on for several months now. I've never used a nasal spray before, but I'm thinking about trying one. Would a Netti Pot and/or a saline nasal spray help me out?
