A rhinoplasty procedure focuses on changing the shape and appearance of your nose and it will not change the appearance of other facial features. A rhinoplasty can however bring more balance and harmony to your face if your nose is a prominent part of your face. This can in effect give an illusion that your facial appearance has changed without anything literally being altered.

Rhinoplasty will change the shape of the nose, not facial features.
