Does rhinoplasty change the way the other facial features look?

Question

I am considering having a rhinoplasty..My nose's tip drops a little and is placed a little lower than I think it should be ( the distance between my upper lip and my nose's bone is 3/4 of my finger placed horizontally)..Also my nose profile is too straight - no slope,big nostrils-..My eyes -almond shape,people say they look like Audrey Hepburn's-and upper lip sometimes look droopy (mostly when you see my profile).. Will my facial features look more "upwards" after rhinoplasty?Thank you!

An exam or photos would be helpful to determine what would be possible.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the 
 plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

A rhinoplasty procedure focuses on changing the shape and appearance of your nose and it will not change the appearance of other facial features. A rhinoplasty can however bring more balance and harmony to your face if your nose is a prominent part of your face. This can in effect give an illusion that your facial appearance has changed without anything literally being altered.

Rhinoplasty will change the shape of the nose, not facial features. The idea is to make the nose more harmonious with the facial features so that it blends in, and is not the most prominent feature of the face.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful in understanding what can be accomplished with your new nose upon your facial features.
