Two bumps near eyes on bridge of nose after rhinoplasty, how to resolve issue? (Pics)

I'm now 10 days post op & had my cast removed 3 days ago. Breathing issue was fixed, the bridge of my nose was narrowed by breaking the bones (especially my left side), a small hump removed, & my tip raised. The bridge was built up a bit (right between eyebrows) using parts of my nose that he removed. When the cast was removed there were 2 hard bumps like bone on bridge next to the eyes. Makes profile view very strange looking. What could that be, how to solve the issue, & how long will it take?

It is still too early to make a determination about the final result.The nose 
can be swollen for up to a year or more.  Swelling will depend upon the 
nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness

Based on your photos, you had a significant reduction in the height your bridge. The irregularity you describe may be the appearance of a radix-graft that is visible through your thin skin. This may also be leading to the strange-looking-slope you describe.Based on your examination, you may be a candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments to fill the indentation and camouflage the appearance of your graft. My experience is with Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results.Hope this is helpful for you.Dr. Joseph

I inform my patients that it will take at least 3-6 month for all swelling to go away, so please try not to focus on these issues now.  I would predict that you will be satisfied with the results as the months go by, but you need to be patient!

I would see your surgeon for frequent follow up examinations as he/she will best know where you are in the recovery phase. I can clearly see the bumps you discuss especially in the frontal photograph. A direct examination by your surgeon should help put your mind at ease and remember you are very early on the recovery phase so I would not have to many concerns at this time.
