About 2 years ago I noticed that there was something protruding inside my nose from the septum. If I push on the protrusion it feels springy as if my septum has split in 2 and the split runs up into the nose. I visited a doc about my sinusitis and he said I have no growths or polyps. It's extremely annoying. It collects dry mucus and makes me pick at it which makes it worse. What could this be and can I do anything about it?
