What to do about split of the cartilage inside my nose?

It is very difficult to accurrately diagnose your problem without an examination of your nose. It is possible that you are simply feeling a deviated section of septal cartilage, which will move a bit with finger manipulation.  If you are experiencing a "clicking" sensation as well, it is possible the septum is fractured or dislocated from the maxillary crest, the boney foundation the septum sits on.  I would suggest a complete nasal evaluation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon/ENT.  Good Luck

Based on your brief explanation, it is almost impossible to give you an accurate answer. A physical examination of the septum would give me valuable information. It is possible the septum is off of the maxilla and you can push it further. It is possible that the septal cartilage is split from trauma. Is your breathing acceptable from both nasal passageways?
