I am 5'4, 190 pounds, I've had 2 c-sections. I am still losing weight for the best results. I am 2 weeks post op from breast reduction and back liposuction that I had on March 18th. My goal is to get surgery again in the next 6-12 months. My main goal is to have a cute small waist and shape with hips more so than a huge shelf butt. I do like the slope shape/upside-down heart shape. My main concern is the fat above my c-section and how it indents inwards above my vagina. I added wish pics at end.
Answer: I am stuck if I should go with just lipo360/BBL or mini tummy tuck? (Photos) Lipo 360 involves liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and lower back. This helps create the smallest waist and the best overall hourglass figure. You may be a very good candidate for the BBL which would involve liposuction of your lower back, sides, and abdomen and transfer of that fat to the hips for lift, better shape, and increased projection. A mini TT involves removal of a small amount of skin and fat below the belly button that addresses only the lower portion of the abdomen. No plication or muscle tightening is performed and belly button remains attached and unchanged. This procedure applies to very few patients and is appropriate only for patients who have loose skin at the inferior aspect, or bottom, of the abdomen.

Answer: BBL and TT candidate Dear Straightforward409681, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: I am stuck if I should go with just lipo360/BBL or mini tummy tuck? (Photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Treatment options Your best outcome would be from a full tummy tuck followed by liposuction of your full torso with BBL. These can be done a split procedures or has combined procedures. Personally I think it’s better to do it a separate procedures to get the absolute maximum best results. I’m not sure you will get results like your wish pictures but they can certainly head in that direction. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
